Cori Stern | Learning Specialist & Behaviour Analyst
I feel privileged to have spent more than 20 years now working with children, families, practitioners and educators in the field of education and applied behaviour analysis. I initially started in the classroom, moved into clinical behaviour intervention, and then built this fulfilling practice supporting students at home and at school.
My approach to learning blends the principals of healthy child development, pedagogy, and behaviour analysis to maximize every student’s potential to learn and succeed. Outside of work, I'm a mom of two (plus one very big dog), happiest outdoors and in comfy sweatpants.

Erica Conway | Executive Function Coach
Meet Erica! Our Executive Function & Life Coach. She brings over 15 years of experience working with neurodiverse students, both in and outside the classroom. She holds an M.S.E. in education and an ACC in youth life coaching.
Erica has a special interest in the “hidden curriculum”: the executive functioning and life skills that matter so much for success but are rarely taught directly at school. She works with both students and parents, helping kids build the skills to stay organized, follow through and feel capable.
Throughout her teaching career she has worked with a diverse population of students in a variety of classrooms and capacities, and helped them to achieve provincial standards and realize their goals.
As the parent of a child with ADHD, Erica understands first-hand the challenges families of neurodiverse kids face, and how often those students are underserved in school.
As a Coach, she have supported her clients to overcome challenges, embrace their differences and achieve their full potential. She works both with the child and the parent to empower neurodivergent youth.

Cori Stern & Associates is my dream team that has supported hundreds of families over the years. We are a Toronto-based team of Educators and Learning Specialists, brining expertise in learning, education, and healthy growth and development.
Our work is grounded in research-based practice. Over the years, we’ve worked with students with learning disabilities, ADHD, autism spectrum disorder, executive functioning challenges, and global developmental delays.
We know that learning isn’t only about grades. How a student feels about themselves shapes how they show up in the classroom. We build on their strengths, celebrate progress and create a space where it feels safe to try, make mistakes and try again. Our goal is to help every student build the confidence and skills they need to feel successful at school and beyond!
We support students from Kindergarten-Grade 12 in general education, special education, and gifted education school placements.
